3. Delivery and Collection

Delivery availability and timescales depend on location and may be fulfilled by trusted third-party providers.

Estimated delivery times are for guidance only; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

Collection orders must be picked up at the agreed time. We are not responsible for food quality affected by late collection.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Complaints

Orders may only be cancelled if preparation has not yet started. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Guttabites Caribbean.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or personal taste preferences

• Delays caused by third-party delivery services

If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect order), please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

We take food safety seriously and aim to provide accurate allergen information. However, we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from allergens, as all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.).
